Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms“) carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using CoreEvent Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as applicable to you.
Accepting Terms
The Services
CoreEvent products, features and offerings are available online through various CoreEvent properties (“Websites“); off platform, including without limitation, on-site support, equipment rental and accreditation printing services (“On-site Services“); and through mobile applications, web pages, application programming interfaces and subdomains (“Applications“). These are collectively referred to as “CoreEvent Services” or our “Services”. These Terms apply to any Websites on which they are posted; where other terms or agreements are instead posted, those terms or agreements apply to the extent they conflict with these Terms. The material, including without limitation information, data, text, editorial content, design elements, look and feel, formatting, graphics, images, photographs, videos, music, sounds and other content contained in or delivered via the Services or otherwise made available by CoreEvent in connection with the Services is the “Website Content“ (or “Content“). Any material (including the foregoing categories) that you contribute, provide, post or make available using the Services is “Your Content“.
The Parties
When these Terms use the term “Organizer“, we mean event creators using the Services to create events displayed on the Services for consumers using our Services to consume information about or attend Events (“Consumers“). Organizers, Consumers and third parties using our Services are all referred to in these Terms collectively as “Users“, “you“ or “your“.
When these Terms use the term “CoreEvent“, “we“, “us“, or “our“, that refers to CoreEvent d.o.o. and each of its and their respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees. The contracting entity on the other side of these Terms is CoreEvent d.o.o. with head offices at Dunjevac 15, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, and registered with the Zagreb Commercial Court (VAT ID: 36611335369, MBS: 081377997).
The Terms of Service
These Terms of Service and the other documents referenced in them comprise CoreEvent “Terms“. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and CoreEvent governing your access to and use of the Services and setting out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using any of our Services (including browsing a Website), you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the Services. If you will be using the Services on behalf of an entity (such as on behalf of your employer), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity and its affiliates and you represent that you have the authority to do so. In such case, “you“ and “your“ will refer to that entity as well as yourself.
CoreEvent Services
Our Job
Our Services provide a simple and quick way for Organizers to create webpages related to their events, promote events to visitors or browsers on the Services or elsewhere online, manage online or onsite accreditation and registration, and other event management services related to those events to Consumers or other Users. Descriptions of other and more specific services can generally be found on the Website.
Your Job
CoreEvent is not the creator, organizer or owner of the events listed on the Services. Rather, CoreEvent provides its Services, which allow Organizers to manage accreditation and registration and promote their events. The Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that any page displaying an event on the Services (and the event itself) meet all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, and that the goods and services described on the event page are delivered as described and in an accurate satisfactory manner.
Privacy
Privacy Policy
Information provided to CoreEvent by Users or collected by CoreEvent through our Services, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibility
If you are an Organizer, you represent, warrant and agree that you will at all times comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations with respect to information you collect from (or receive about) consumers, and you will at all times comply with any applicable policies posted on the Services with respect to information you collect from (or receive about) consumers.
Termination
What Termination Means
These Terms apply to you as soon as you access the Services by any means and continue in effect until they are terminated. There may come a time where either you or CoreEvent decides it’s best to part ways. When that happens, these Terms will generally no longer apply.
Violation of Terms
CoreEvent may terminate your right to use the Services at any time if you violate or breach these Terms; if you misuse or abuse the Services, or use the Services in a way not intended or permitted by CoreEvent; or if allowing you to access and use the Services would violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations or would expose CoreEvent to legal liability. CoreEvent may choose to stop offering the Services, or any particular portion of the Service, or modify or replace any aspect of the Service, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of our termination of your access to the Services, where, in CoreEvent’s sole discretion, failure to do so would materially prejudice you. You agree that CoreEvent will not be liable to you or any third-party as a result of its termination of your right to use or otherwise access the Services.
User Termination
You may terminate your access to the Services and the general applicability of Terms by deleting your account. If you are a Consumer using the Services without a registered account, your only option for these Terms to no longer apply is to stop accessing the Services indefinitely. So long as you continue to access the Services, even without an account, these Terms remain in effect.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CoreEvent and each of its and their respective officers, directors, agents, co-branders, licensors, other partners and employees, harmless from any and all damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise), loss, liability, cost and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ and accounting fees) resulting from any claim, demand, suit, proceeding (whether before an arbitrator, court, mediator or otherwise) or investigation made by any third party (each a “Claim“) relating to or arising out of: your breach of these Terms (including any terms or agreements or policies incorporated into these Terms); your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or other policies we post or make available; your breach of any applicable local, state, provincial, national or other law, rule or regulation or the rights of any third party; and if you are an Organizer, your events (including where CoreEvent has provided Services with respect to those events), provided that in the case of this indemnification will not apply to the extent that the Claim arises out of CoreEvent’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. CoreEvent will provide notice to you of any such Claim, provided that the failure or delay by CoreEvent in providing such notice will not limit your obligations hereunder except to the extent you are materially prejudiced by such failure.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide Services in the way you need them, but there are some things it is important for you to understand that we cannot promise.
CoreEvent uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services without interruptions and such that transmissions are error-free. However, by nature of the Internet, this cannot always be achieved. In addition, CoreEvent may take some or all of the Services down for planned repair or maintenance from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you prior to such planned repairs or maintenance.
CoreEvent does not assume any warranty for the content, products, services, actions or inactions of any User or third party before, during and/or after an event. You acknowledge that CoreEvent has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of events advertised, the truth or accuracy of any Users’ (including Attendees’, other non-Organizers’ and Organizers’) content or listings, and CoreEvent is not affiliated with, and has no agency or employment relationship with, any third party service provider used by Users in conjunction with the Services, and CoreEvent has no responsibility for the acts or omissions of any such third parties.
You understand and agree that some events may carry inherent risk, and by participating in those events, you choose to assume those risks voluntarily. For example, some events may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and willfully assume those risks by choosing to participate in those events.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, or as otherwise set forth herein, CoreEvent and any person or entity associated with CoreEvent’s provision of the Services (“Associated Parties“), will not be liable to you or any third party, for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, opportunity costs, intangible losses; or Your Content.
These Terms do not apply to any damages caused by any personal injury or death caused by CoreEvent’s negligence, and any damages caused by CoreEvent’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct, in each case, for which CoreEvent’s liability shall be unlimited.
Scraping or Commercial Use of Site Content is Prohibited
The Website Content is not intended for your commercial use. You have no right to use, and agree not to use, any Website Content for your own commercial purposes. You have no right to, and agree not to scrape, crawl, or employ any automated means to extract data from the Website.
Your Content
CoreEvent does not make any claim to Your Content. However, you are solely responsible for Your Content. Your Content must be accurate and truthful. Eventbrite reserves the right to remove Your Content from the Services if CoreEvent believes in its sole discretion that it violates these Terms, or for any other reason.
Changes to these Terms of Service
CoreEvent reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If our Terms of Service are updated, we will list the changes below.
