General Terms and Conditions for Third Parties (Customers)

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS OF CONTRACT TERMS
For the interpretation of these General Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
“CoreEvent” is a company registered under Croatian law under the name CoreEvent d.o.o. in the Commercial Court Registry in Zagreb with OIB: 36611335369 and MBS: 081377997, headquartered in Zagreb, Dunjevac 15. Based on an agency agreement with the Organizer, CoreEvent negotiates and concludes ticket sales agreements with Customers (third parties) on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer, with the Organizer agreeing to pay CoreEvent a fee determined by this agency agreement.
“Organizer” is an independent legal entity (physical or legal person) on whose behalf and for whose account CoreEvent negotiates and concludes ticket sales agreements with Customers through the Portal, and is responsible for the event’s maintenance and for entering content related to the event in the Portal system.
“Customer” refers to a third party, either a physical or legal person, who purchases a ticket through the Portal from the Organizer as the ticket seller, with CoreEvent negotiating and concluding ticket sales agreements with third parties (Customers) on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer.
“Ticket Sales Agreement” is a contract between the Customer and the Organizer for a specific event organized by the Organizer, which CoreEvent is authorized to conclude on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer.
“Customer’s Email Address” represents the email address entered by the Customer in the Portal for the delivery of the ticket.
“Event” means a sports, conference, concert, musical-theatrical, cultural-artistic, or other performance, event, or manifestation for which tickets can be purchased through the Portal from the Organizer, with CoreEvent negotiating and concluding ticket sales agreements with third parties (Customers) on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer.
“Ticket” is a physical or electronic confirmation of the concluded ticket sales agreement with the Organizer, with CoreEvent negotiating and concluding ticket sales agreements with third parties (Customers) on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer. CoreEvent sends the ticket to the Customer on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer.
“Portal” means CoreEvent’s electronic system for ticket sales on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer through the CoreEvent website https://core-event.co/.
“Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions” mean the sale conditions and mutual rights and obligations between the Organizer as the ticket seller and the Customer, which are determined by the Organizer in accordance with positive legal regulations and are clearly indicated in the Portal system.
“CoreEvent Point of Sale” is a physical location of third parties with whom CoreEvent has agreed on ticket sales as a commercial agent, where it is possible to purchase the Organizer’s ticket in cash.
TICKET SALES AND USAGE
Tickets for various categories can be purchased through the Portal on behalf of and for the account of the Organizer, according to the event’s price list determined by the Organizer.
When purchasing on the Portal, the Customer selects the type and quantity of tickets they wish to buy, according to the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions, which the Customer accepts upon successful purchase.
The ticket is delivered to the Customer’s email address provided during the purchase.
CoreEvent is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect email address entries or the inability to deliver tickets due to technical issues on the email service provider’s side.
The Customer stores the ticket on their computer and prints it on a standard sheet of paper. The ticket must be kept in a safe place until the event, as entry is only granted to the first person who uses the ticket.
At the event, the Customer uses the ticket in the same way as a traditional printed ticket and must follow the Organizer’s instructions.
By purchasing the ticket, the Customer agrees to the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions and behavior rules at the event determined by the Organizer.
The Customer unconditionally accepts the following rights and obligations:
- No refund or exchange of the ticket after purchase unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.
- The ticket becomes invalid upon leaving the event unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.
- Due to behavior rule violations and ticket misuse, the Customer may be removed from the event without compensation.
- The Customer must not fold, crumple, manipulate, or otherwise alter the printed or electronically distributed ticket in a way that damages or changes the linear or 2D code for automatic validation.
- CoreEvent is not responsible for problems arising from damage or alteration of the linear or 2D code or other mechanical damage after purchase.
- The Customer must keep the ticket in a safe place to prevent unauthorized copying until the event.
- CoreEvent is not responsible for damages caused by loss, theft, forgery, or unauthorized copying of the ticket. Each identical copy of the ticket, whether printed or electronically distributed, is valid, and entry is granted only to the first person who uses the ticket, with no subsequent complaints possible.
- The Organizer has the right to check the ticket’s validity and the identity of the person presenting the ticket upon entry to the event.
- Reproduction, resale, or further trading of tickets purchased through the Portal is strictly prohibited, and any attempt to use tickets not in accordance with these General Terms or the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions may result in loss of ticket usage rights.
CoreEvent je trgovačko društvo registrirano po hrvatskom pravu pod nazivom tvrtke CoreEvent d.o.o. u sudskom registru Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu pod OIB: 36611335369 i MBS: 081377997, sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, Dunjevac 15, koje temeljem ugovora o trgovinskom zastupanju s Organizatorom u ime i za račun Organizatora pregovara i sklapa ugovore o prodaji Ulaznica s Kupcima (trećim osobama) u ime i za račun Organizatora kao nalogodavca, a nalogodavac kao Organizator se obvezuje da će CoreEvent-u kao zastupniku i nalogoprimcu za svaki ugovor kojega je CoreEvent sklopilo ili koji je sklopljen njegovim djelovanjem.
CoreEvent nije Organizator Događaja niti je na bilo koji način odgovoran za održavanje samog Događaja te CoreEvent ni u kojem slučaju ne snosi odgovornost za Događaj ili okolnosti njegovog održavanja, već je isključiva odgovornost na Organizatoru pojedinog Događa pri čemu se u pogledu kupljene Ulaznice sam Kupac nalazi jedino i isključivo u ugovornom, obveznopravnom i/ili stvarnopravnom odnosu s Organizatorom.
Popis Događaja za koje je moguće kupiti Ulaznice putem Portala nalazi se na Portalu.
Na Kupnju Ulaznica za pojedini Događaj primjenjuju se Uvjeti za prodaju ulaznice organizatora događaja (npr. maksimalan broj Ulaznica koje je moguće kupiti za Događaj, minimalnu starost Kupca, ostale prodajne uvjete itd.), a koji su dostupni na Portalu te su sami Uvjeti za prodaju ulaznice organizatora događaja podložni promjeni od strane Organizatora.
Kupac prilikom kupnje prihvaća Uvjete za prodaju ulaznice organizatora događaja te se isti obvezuje i sve dodatne uvjete utvrditi prije kupnje Ulaznice pristupom na Internet stranice Organizatora ili putem kontaktiranja samog Organizatora Događaja.
Kako bi izvršio kupnju Ulaznice Kupac je obvezan u odgovarajuća polja na Portalu unijeti svoje osobne podatke, odnosno adresu elektroničke pošte, a koji podaci će se obrađivati u skladu pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske te u skladu s Uredbom (EU) 2016/679 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 27. travnja 2016. o zaštiti pojedinaca u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka i o slobodnom kretanju takvih podataka te o stavljanju izvan snage Direktive 95/46/EZ (Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka).
Kupac je odgovoran za točnost i valjanost unesenih podataka te snosi rizik nemogućnosti korištenja Ulaznice u slučaju da uneseni podaci nisu točni ili valjani.
Na sve pravne odnose koji nisu regulirani ovim Uvjetim, a tiču se odnosa između Kupca i Organizatora, primjenjuje se Zakon o obveznim odnosima te drugo pozitivno pravo u Republici Hrvatskoj.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Ticket payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the Portal.
CoreEvent is authorized to change the available payment methods on the Portal at any time.
By purchasing the ticket, the Customer authorizes CoreEvent to charge the total amount, including the ticket price and any other fees or costs, using the selected payment method.
TRANSACTION FEE AND TICKET PRICE FEE
For generating and issuing event tickets, CoreEvent may charge the Customer a transaction fee and/or a ticket price fee.
The transaction fee and ticket price fee cover the costs incurred by CoreEvent in providing services, including ticket sales, generation, and issuance, transaction processing, and purchase services.
In the event of contract cancellation and refund of the ticket price, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the transaction fee and ticket price fee.
DELIVERY OF TICKETS AND RECEIPTS
After a successful purchase, the ticket will be sent to the Customer’s email address provided during the purchase.
TICKET PRICE REFUND
According to Article 86, Paragraph 1, Point 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 59/23), the Customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the ticket sales contract, as the contract’s subject is the provision of services related to leisure activities occurring at a specific time or period.
The Customer can only claim a refund for the ticket price in accordance with the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions.
Refunds are only possible in case of event cancellation and are not possible for personal reasons such as illness, business obligations, change of mind, etc.
When refunding the ticket price, CoreEvent and/or the Event Organizer have the right to withhold any amount for ancillary costs, such as ticket delivery, banking, and transaction fees, and other similar costs.
CHANGES TO EVENT CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION
The Organizer determines the sales and other conditions for a specific event in accordance with the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions.
The Organizer is authorized to change the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions, and the Customer is obliged to inform themselves about the valid conditions.
CoreEvent is not obliged to notify ticket buyers of any event cancellation, postponement, or other changes in the event conditions or the Event Organizer’s Ticket Sale Conditions.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
CoreEvent applies rules related to the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and free movement of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning personal data processing and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS
According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer can submit a written complaint at CoreEvent’s business premises, by mail to the company’s address, or via email to contact@core-event.co.
CoreEvent will confirm receipt of the written complaint and respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
All legal relationships between CoreEvent, the Customer, and the Organizer arising from the use of the Portal and ticket purchase are governed by Croatian law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is the one located at CoreEvent’s headquarters.
