Exchange and Refund Policy:

1. The Organizer/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.

2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.

3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.

4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.

5. We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.

Admission Policy:

1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.

2. Free admission for child below 12 years old. Child 12 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.

3. Ticket holders entering the Venue are subjected to inspection or submit their belongings for inspection for prohibited items. Refusal for inspection is result in denial of entry into the Venue.

4. Flash photography and videography are prohibited

5. Social Media Live Streaming are prohibited.

6. All other flags must be in accordance with the IOC approved flags. Flags cannot be larger than 1m x 2m. No flagpoles are allowed.

7. Data Transmission Notice/ Court-siding: No attendee may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the event any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose.

8. Camera tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, telephoto camera lenses with a focal length capacity greater than 200mm; video cameras or handy-cams; audio recorders; any other devices used for recording or transmitting scoring data or other statistical information for commercial purposes (including sports betting);

9. Tickets sold are non-refundable (subject to applicable law). Any refund terms are subject to disclosure and applicable local consumer laws, including those of the location where the

Event is held. No exchange of Tickets will be made. Tickets sold are subject to restrictions on:

(i) entry or use;

(ii) restricted or obstructed view; or

(iii) a minimum age for entry.

WTT and the Event Staff reserve the right to deny entry, remove any person from the venue without refund, exchange, or compensation, and without liability, and to update, modify, or change the admission policy at any time without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to safety, security, operational requirements, or at their sole discretion. (subject to applicable law)

10. Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

By entering or attending the Event, all ticket holders acknowledge and accept that attendance is at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WTT, the Event Organiser, the Venue, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, death, damage, theft, delay, inconvenience, expense, or other claim arising from or in connection with attendance at the Event, except where caused by their gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ticket holders assume all risks incidental to the Event, including but not limited to risks arising from crowd conditions, sporting activities, equipment, weather, or actions of other attendees.

Ticket holders shall indemnify and hold harmless WTT, the Event Organiser, the Venue, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to the ticket holder's breach of these Admission Policies, violation of applicable laws or regulations, or negligent, reckless, or wilful acts or omissions while attending the Event.

Nothing in these Admission Policies shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
