CANCELLATION POLICY

• Accommodation Cancellation & refund policy

60 days before congress, 10% of the full accommodation fee will be charged

Between 60-30 days before congress, 50% of the full accommodation fee will be charged

After 30 day before congress, 100% of the full accommodation fee will be charged

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the MeetME agency at helena@meetme.hr

Refunds will be made after the congress, within 30 days, reduced by administrative costs in the amount of EUR 30.00.

Bank Payment Procedure

You will receive pro-forma invoice by email after the Meetme agency confirms your registration.

All bank transfer costs must be covered by the payee, otherwise you will be charged for them on site.

In the payment details section, please make sure you write in Croatian- Slovenian Ultrasound Congress/surname of participant.

With submission of this registration you agree with all terms and conditions of the registration.
