Registration cancellation & refund policy

Please send your cancellations in writing to tamc@meetme.hr.

• Cancellations received in writing by Feb 20th will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations received in writing between February 21st and May 15th will be refunded, less a 35% administrative fee.
• Cancellations received in writing after May 15th will not be refunded.

Accommodation cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellations received in writing by Feb 28th will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations received in writing between March 1st and May 15th will be refunded, less a 35% administrative fee.
• Cancellations received in writing after May 15th will not be refunded.

You will receive a pro-forma invoice by email after the Meetme agency confirms your registration.

All bank transfer costs must be covered by the payee, otherwise you will be charged for them on site.

In the payment details section, please make sure you write in TAMC2027/surname of participant.

With submission of this registration you agree with all terms and conditions of the registration.

Official photographers and a video production team will be present at the TAMC 2027 Congress venue.

During photography and filming, including the use of drones to capture short video clips and the event atmosphere, we may process your image, movement, hair colour and other visual characteristics on the basis of our legitimate interest. By entering the congress venue, you should expect to be photographed and filmed.

All materials from TAMC 2027 may be used for promotional purposes related to the TAMC Congress.

Your rights include the right of access, erasure, rectification, objection and data portability.

Meetme will collect and process the personal data of the persons registered at the congress listed in the registration. Personal data will be collected and processed for the purpose of participating in the event, for the purpose of performing our services and the implementation and promotion of the event. Meetme undertakes to handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Act (GDPR) and other applicable regulations in the field of personal data protection. By completing your application at the congress, you agree to collect your personal information to perform our services. By registering you agree with the stated methods of payment and conditions of cancellation of participation.
