Cancellation policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact address (see above).
Cancellations made before 15 February 2023 will be refunded less than 30% to cover administration costs.
Cancellations made before 1 March 2023 will be charged 50% of the cancellation fee.
Cancellations made before 1 April 2023 will be charged 70% of the cancellation fee.
After 1 April 2023, no refunds will be given.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.
