CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration Cancellation & refund policy

Please send your cancellations in writing to ins2025@promoevent.hr

Cancellations received in writing by March 20 will be refunded, and 10% administrative fee will be retained.

Cancellations received in writing between March 20 and May 20 will be refunded, and 25% administrative fee will be retained.

Cancellations received in writing after May 20, will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the Organising Committee.
